Shabbos 1:8

Beis Shammai say that one may not give hides to a tanner on Friday, nor clothes to a non-Jewish launderer, unless the work will be done before Shabbos. Regarding all the matters discussed in mishnayos 1:5-1:8, Beis Hillel permit them so long as the sun is still shining.

Shabbos 1:9

Rabban Shimon ben Gamliel said that in his father’s house they used to give white clothes to a non-Jewish launderer three days before Shabbos. Both Beis Hillel and Beis Shammai agree that one may load an olive press or a wine press on Friday.
