Hilchos Shechita 12:1

If someone slaughters an animal and its young on the same day, the meat may be eaten but the shochet is liable to lashes as per Leviticus 22:28, “Do not slaughter it and its offspring on one day.” One is only lashed for slaughtering the second animal. Therefore, if one person slaughtered one of them and someone else slaughtered the other, only the latter is liable to lashes.

Hilchos Shechita 12:2

The prohibition against slaughtering an animal and its young applies in every time and place, both to secular animals and to those intended for sacrifices – both to sacrifices that are eaten and to those that are not eaten. Therefore, if one person slaughtered the first animal inside the Temple courtyard and another person slaughtered the second outside of it, or vice versa, the one who slaughtered the second animal is liable to lashes. It makes no difference if both were secular animals, both were for sacrifices, or one of each.
