2,262. Yichud When One's Wife Is Present

Hilchos Issurei Biah 22:4

Whenever a man is prohibited to seclude himself with a woman, it is permitted if his wife is there because she will keep an eye on him. A Jewish woman may not seclude herself with a non-Jewish man even if his wife is present because we can’t rely on her to watch him.

Hilchos Issurei Biah 22:5

A Jewish child may not be entrusted to non-Jews to teach him to read or a craft. We do not house an animal in a non-Jewish inn, not even a male animal with men or a female animal with women.
