Hilchos Kiddush HaChodesh 13:3
If the sun’s course is exactly 180 degrees or 360 degrees, there is no angle to add or subtract. In such a case, the sun’s average position is also its actual position.

The angle of the course is as follows: If the course is 10 degrees, its angle is 20 minutes; if 20 degrees – 40 minutes; 30 degrees – 58 minutes; 40 degrees – 1 degree, 15 minutes; 50 degrees – 1 degree, 29 minutes; 60 degrees – 1 degree, 41 minutes; 70 degrees – 1 degree, 51 minutes; 80 degrees – 1 degree, 57 minutes; 90 degrees – 1 degree, 59 minutes; 100 degrees – 1 degree, 58 minutes; 110 degrees – 1 degree, 53 minutes; 120 degrees – 1 degree, 45 minutes; 130 degrees – 1 degree, 33 minutes; 140 degrees – 1 degree, 19 minutes; 150 degrees – 1 degree, 1 minute; 160 degrees – 42 minutes; 170 degrees – 21 minutes. As noted, if the angle of the course is exactly 180 degrees, there is no measure to calculate; the sun’s average position is then its actual position.
