R. Ovadia Yosef on Putting Salt in Matzah (14 Adar Sheni)

Matzah is usually made with water and flour. When fruit juice is used instead of water, it gets complicated. Even more so when salt is mixed in as well. The Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Beit Shemesh asked R. Ovadia Yosef about matzah made with wine, oil, and some salt. Can they use it on Pesach? Can they use it Seder night?
