Daf Yomi B’iyun (by Real Clear Daf) explores the sugya of "שיור בקנין." The Gemara (Baba Basra 63a)  states regarding a Levi making a conditional sale of his field to a Yisroel that he is doing a "שיור בקנין," namely, he is leaving out a portion of the field from the kinyan in order to retain the maaser rishon for himself.
