Hilchos Maasei Hakarbanos 3:1

If two people wanted to jointly bring a peace offering or a burnt offering, they may do so regardless of whether it was pledged or vowed. They may even jointly bring a bird offering.

Hilchos Maasei Hakarbanos 3:2

All of these offerings may be brought by Jewish men and women, and their servants. Non-Jews may only bring burnt offerings, as per Leviticus 22:25: “From the hand of an outsider you shall not offer the ‘bread’ of your God.” Even a burnt offering of a bird may be accepted from a non-Jew, even if he is an idolator, but not peace offerings, flour offerings, sin offerings or guilt offerings. Similarly, burnt offerings other than those from vows or pledges are not accepted from non-Jews. An example of a burnt offering not from a vow or a pledge is the offering brought by a woman who has given birth.
