Let’s say that an animal was pregnant. Even if the fetus had been carried to term, and even if it was found to be alive (after the mother was slaughtered as an offering), its fats are not offered with those of the mother. Rather, only those of the mother are offered. The fetus is treated like one of the mother’s limbs.

Hilchos Maasei Hakarbanos 2:1

The wine and flour brought with an offering are called nesachim (libations). The flour by itself is called the flour of libations. The flour of libations need not be waved or brought near the altar, nor does it require frankincense. It does require salt, and it is completely burned on the outside altar. The wine is poured on the altar, but not on the fire. Rather, the kohein raises his hand and pours it on the base of the altar and it flows down to the drainage holes.
