Hilchos Issurei Mizbeiach 3:11

We have seen that fourteen kinds of animals are prohibited to be brought on the altar: (1) a blemished animal, (2) an animal that is not of the finest, (3) an animal that is missing an internal organ, (4) a treifah (i.e., it will die within a year), (5) a crossbred animal, (6) an animal born via C-section, (7) an animal that had relations with a human, (8) an animal that a human had relations with, (9) an animal that killed a human, (10) an animal that was worshiped, (11) an animal that was designated for idolatry, (12) an animal that was given as a prostitute’s wages, (13) an animal that was exchanged for a dog, (14) an animal that is underage.

Animals that are prohibited for the altar remain prohibited in any ratio. For example, if such an animal gets mixed up with even ten thousand other animals, all of them are disqualified and none may be offered. The offspring of such disqualified animals are always acceptable as offerings except for the offspring of an animal that a human had relations with, was worshiped, was designated for idolatry or killed a human. The offspring of such animals are as disqualified as their parents.
