Hilchos Beis HaBechirah 5:12
The length of the courtyard from east to west was 187 cubits (about 280’), as follows: from the western wall of the courtyard to the wall of the Heichal – 11 cubits; the length of the Heichal – 100 cubits; from the entry hall to the altar – 22 cubits; the length of the altar – 32 cubits; the place where the kohanim could walk, which was called the ezras kohanim – 11 cubits; the place where Yisroelim could walk, which was called the ezras Yisroel – 11 cubits.

The width of the courtyard from north to south was 135 cubits (about 202’), as follows: from the northern wall to the butchery – eight cubits; the width of the butchery – 12.5 cubits.
