Parah 9:8-9

Parah 9:8

Purification water that has been invalidated still renders unclean a person who was ritually clean for trumah through contact with his hands or body. Regarding a person who is ritually clean for sanctification, it doesn’t render him unclean through his hands or body. If the water was rendered ritually unclean, it conveys impurity to one who is clean for trumah through his hands or body. Regarding one who is clean for sanctification, it conveys impurity through his hands but not his body.

Parah 9:9

If fit ashes were put on water that was unfit for the sanctification, it renders unclean one who is clean for trumah through his hands or body. Regarding one who is clean for sanctification, it doesn’t convey uncleanness, neither through his hands nor his body.
