Rav Moshe Taragin is a Rebbe at Yeshivat Har Etzion - the Hesder Yeshiva of Gush Etzion. He received a Semicha from RIETS as well as a BA in computer science from Yeshiva University and a Masters degree in English literature from the City University of New York.
