Isaiah 40:26
שְׂאוּ מָרוֹם עֵינֵיכֶם וּרְאוּ מִי בָרָא אֵלֶּה הַמּוֹצִיא בְמִסְפָּר צְבָאָם לְכֻלָּם בְּשֵׁם יִקְרָא מֵרֹב אוֹנִים וְאַמִּיץ כֹּחַ אִישׁ לֹא נֶעְדָּר
Raise your eyes on high and see Who created these, the One Who brings out their host by number. He calls them all by name; because of His great might and because He is mighty in power, not one is missing.
The Radak explains that, metaphysically, each star has a role it accomplishes here on Earth. G-d ensures that none of them is missing because if one was, its job wouldn’t get done.
