Micah 4:11
וְעַתָּה נֶאֶסְפוּ עָלַיִךְ גּוֹיִם רַבִּים הָאֹמְרִים תֶּחֱנָף וְתַחַז בְּצִיּוֹן עֵינֵינוּ
Now many nations are assembled against you, saying, “Let her be found guilty and let our eyes gaze upon Zion.”
The seventeenth bracha of Shemoneh Esrei is Avodah (service) and it expresses a desire to see Jerusalem and the Temple Mount similar to the one in this verse – except this verse refers to the enemies of Israel in the future, at the time of the war of Gog and Magog! The Radak explains that the nations gathering around will expect to see Jerusalem destroyed, as it had been in the past. (This time, however, they’ll be disappointed!)
