Implementing What He Had Learned
Moshe gathered the people and, after reminding them that they may not work on Shabbos, he told them of G-d's instructions regarding building the Mishkan.
Moshe called for the contributions of precious materials, as well as for volunteers from among the skilled individuals, to make all the vessels and garments that G-d had described.
