Zevachim 5:7-8

Zevachim 5:7

Peace offerings are kodshim kalim (sacrifices of lesser sanctity). They may be slaughtered anywhere in the Temple courtyard, their blood requires two sprinklings that are four, and they may eaten throughout Jerusalem, by anyone, prepared in any manner, for two days and one night. The parts that are separated from them may also be eaten throughout Jerusalem but these may only be eaten by kohanim, their wives, their children and their servants.

Zevachim 5:8

Firstborn animals, animal tithes and the Passover offering are kodshim kalim. They may be slaughtered anywhere in the Temple courtyard and their blood requires one sprinkling, somewhere on the walls over the base of the altar. The laws regarding eating these differ. The firstborn animal is eaten by kohanim and animal tithe may be eaten by anyone; these may be eaten throughout Jerusalem, prepared in any manner, for two days and one night. The Passover offering may only be eaten at night, until midnight, by those who registered for it, and it may only be eaten roasted.
