Baba Basra 5:2-3

Baba Basra 5:2

If someone sells a donkey, the sale does not include its gear. Nachum the Mede says that the sale does include its gear. Rabbi Yehuda says that sometimes the sale includes its gear and sometimes it doesn’t, as follows: If the donkey is in front him with its gear on and he says, "Sell me this donkey of yours,” the gear is included. If he asks, “Is that your donkey?” then the gear is not included.

Baba Basra 5:3

If someone sells a donkey, the sale includes its nursing young. If someone sells a cow, the sale does not include its calf. If someone sells a trash heap, the sale includes any manure; if someone sells a well, the sale includes its water; if someone sells a beehive, the sale includes the bees; if someone sells a pigeon coop, the sale includes the birds. If someone buys the future profits of a pigeon coop, the seller may keep the first pair of birds born; if he buys the future profits of a beehive, the buyer takes the first three swarms of bees and then alternates turns with the owner.  If someone buys honeycombs, he must leaves two honeycombs in the hive. If he buys olive trees to cut them down, he must leave two branches.
